      <description>&lt;P&gt;First you have to talk to the ex and get a copy of the 1095-A with the son's name on it&amp;nbsp; then ask him if he took 100% of the advance tax credit listed on column C.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If he did then when you enter the 1095-A on your return you will indicate that you are taking zero %&amp;nbsp; and all will be good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
