The program wants to ask me a security question but then posts no question&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To find my password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That seems to have started this afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using the desktop software for &lt;STRONG&gt;Mac or Windows&lt;/STRONG&gt;? &amp;nbsp; Is this for a 2019 return?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; In the desktop software it shouldn't ask for a password unless you voluntarily chose to password-protect your data file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's a Mac, be sure you have installed the program and removed the CD from the drive and are not running the program from the CD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd also reboot (restart) the computer, launch TurboTax and get the latest updates, then see if the problem recurs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
