yea

i am upset that the wording is pitched so that you sign up for a refund advance and the dont get approved and have to wait the prolonged time any way. I am already approved to recieve approx. 9k back when it gets released , and turbo tax wont even give me a 500$ advance.

Not good business.

After 20+ years of TurboTax with minor problems, I am really unhappy this year to find my fee went from $50 to $90 and without my knowledge ended up at $238 AFTER a supposedly 20% discountt from USAA. This guy is going to use a DVD from Amazon next year. NO MORE TURBOTAX -- Also for the first time I asked for the expert advice and was told they don't know the answer to their own questions.
