I gave the right email but on the sign in its wrong! Also cannot sign in. I tried with the original info I gave, then tried changing my password. nothing works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my email is [email address removed]. I need a human. Follow the steps listed below to assist you in changing your Email Address manually:

Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
Select Intuit Account from the lower left corner.
This will take you to an Account Settings screen.
Click Edit at the right of the E-mail address line.
Enter your new email address and confirm it.
Enter your password.
Click Save, and you’re done.

If you no longer have access to your email address and are unable to login to your TurboTax Online account please complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.
