Sorry but Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to print out your return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. How to change from Mail to Efile https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5561257 Turbo Tax will always say Ready to Mail. They don't know if or when you actually mailed it. And the IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax when they get a mailed return.

What did you do? Did you efile federal and state? Or mail them?

Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?

You should be able to switch back to e-file. Here is how to do it:

Sign in to your account and click Add a State. You should see that option in blue to the right of the box with your 2019 status.
Select Review from the menu on the left side. If any errors are shown, you will need to correct them.
Continue into the File section.
Continue until you reach the screen titled, Let's get ready to file, select I want to e-file.
Continue and keep following the screens until you've transmitted your return.

i sent mine like 3/4 weeks ago and i haven’t receive a response. I just wanted to know how your process went. any tips ? Do you know if i can cancel them? It keeps saying “ready to mail” and only shows green on one and the other it dosent show.

Did you happen to get a tracking number from the post office when you mailed it? Turbo Tax will always say Ready to Mail. Turbo Tax doesn’t know if or when you mailed it and the IRS doesn’t update Turbo Tax when they get your mailed return.

If you mailed in your return, you can not cancel it. You can start checking the status of your return on the IRS website Where's My Refund 4 weeks after mailing your return. After 6 weeks if you didn't receive your refund you can call the IRS tax refund hotline at 800-829-4477.
