Somehow, without telling me or giving me a chance to go back, I was charged much more than I had signed up for, which was basic. I had to file a federal and chose to file a state but never was I told of any increase until one was charged me AFTER my credit card information was entered.

I immediately called the company to get some answer as to why my cost was bumped up and was told I would get a call within 5 minutes. No one ever did call so I attempted to contact again and was told the same thing and again no one called. Very poor company.

OK ... so you called after 5 on a friday night ? And the TT support is only open m-f 5am to 5pm pacific ... no wonder you did not get the call ... and as I said the online fees are non refundable once paid.

Ok ... at no time was the fee a secret ... in the FILE tab all the fees were presented before you agreed to pay. And if you had to upgrade to deluxe the fee was presented and you had to agree to it ... the lawyers made sure of that so you cannot say you didn't see it. And the Online fees are not refundable once they are paid.
