If you navigate to bottom the 'Tax Home' page, you will see a section that says 'Your tax return & documents', expand that section & chose Amend my return. It will load the page & file tab will appear.

I thank you! I was about to give up, I never would have found it without help. Tabs never appeared across the top as I was expecting. They were on left hand side and you still have to go through several choices to get to file. I hope Turbo Tax fixes this issue. Thank you, again!

If you have not filed a return you do NOT amend or click on the Amend button. That is only to correct an Accepted original return. Use Add a State to let you back into your retun.

No. I was able to get to file eventually through 'Amend'. It is however, anyway you look at it, an unnecessary rabbit hole, for a simple issue.

I would like to efile my original documents but I can't find the tab file anywhere.

If you are trying to file your tax return, you will do this in the File section located in the black panel on the left hand side of the program.

The program will take you through the steps to file your return and will ask you how you want to file it. You will select the option to electronically file your return.

You can still file electronically. Just go back to TurboTax, select
the File tab, then select the E-file category. WHERE IS THE FILE TAB
