If you are looking for your tax refund, it usually takes 2 - 3 weeks to get your refund. Some taxpayers get theirs early while some will wait the entire 3 weeks. You can track your refund by reading the following information:

If you e-filed your tax returns, you can also click here e-file status lookup tool to check your e-file status. If you filed it successfully, you should see Pending, Accepted or Rejected.

This is mainly a user community forum, so an order number doesn't help here. What did you order? And was this an order off of the TurboTax website, or are you an Advantage member with an annual subscription?

In either case, if you ordered a software download, then it should be available at this link:

https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/app/downloads/

If it's not there, then you may have multiple accounts, and we can tell you how to troubleshoot to find the right one.
