      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Yes, this qualifies.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;Typically speaking, chronically ill and permanent conditions include cancer and other illnesses that are either terminal or prone to recur.&amp;nbsp; Even if it wasn't a "chronic" illness, I'm quite certain that the home health care would still be a qualifying medical expense.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
