Form 8833, Treaty-Based Return Position Disclosure Under Section 6114 or 7701(b), is not available in TurboTax. You may access the form directly on the IRS website at this link: Form 8833

You can generate Form 8891, U.S. Information Return for Beneficiaries of Certain Canadian Registered Retirement Plans, by answering questions in that section of the program. Go to Federal > Wages & Income, scroll down to "Retirement Plans and Social Security", click Show more and select the option to Start "Canadian Registered Pension Income".

Form 8965, Health Coverage Exemptions, will be generated once you answer certain questions in the Health Insurance section of the program. Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for instructions.
