To change your email address:

Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
Do not click the Take me to my return button
Select Intuit Account from the lower left corner.
This will take you to an Account Settings screen.
Click Edit at the right of the E-mail address line.
Enter your new email address and confirm it.
Enter your password.
Click Save, and you’re done.

If you no longer have access to your email address and are unable to login to your TurboTax Online account please complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.

This does not work! I entered my new address into the form, entered my current password and I'm taken back to the previous screen where my email address has not changed.

Suppose that there might be a chance that your directions don't work... in that case, who would we contact next?

Changing your email address yourself saves time. Here's how to do it:

Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
Select Intuit Account in the lower left corner.
On the Welcome! screen, select Sign in & security.
Select Email address, enter your new email address, confirm it and enter your password.
Select Save and you’re done.

If you no longer have access to your email address and are unable to login to your TurboTax Online account, please complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.
