Yes, if you need to remove Form 1099-INT, click the trashcan (Delete) beside the form on the Interest Income page.

The easiest way to find this section of TurboTax is to Search on "interest income" and click on "jump to interest income" to go directly to the start of this section. Find the form in the list, and click "Delete."
