Already completed & e-filed my Fed Rtn & I need to file my St rtn (Ohio) by mail, but final return reads "Do Not File". How do I download the official copy to be filed?

Login to https://myturbotax.intuit.com/ with the same username
Click on My TurboTax in the white banner at the top
Below your 2016 status, click on Add a state under Some things you can do
Click on the File tab
