If you do not print when you file the extension, you will have to pay for the product if in a paid product, if you are in the free product you will have to act like you are filing by mail then select Tax Home and then you should see at my docs, until the deadline to print free returns.

Simply sign in at TurboTax.com with the same login you used to e-file. You'll see a link where you can print the 4868, right underneath your extension status.

I also have the same issues. When I look in my "documents", I see the extension.pdf but when I click it, it tells me the page cannot be found. I need a copy of the 4868.
