      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used my federal pin number from last year and it went through fine. However, if you are filing and have EIC, they won't be paying them out till February.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Chrome as well. You may need to clear your cache. I am not sure why you cannot get back in. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
