Wants to know How big home office is - it wants home office SQ ft and entire home sq ft. However I marked that the home office is a separate structure. So how do I do that?

Does the separate structure share the same mortgage, property taxes, and utilities as your home?

If so, you need to measure the total square feet of all buildings, and enter that as the total. Then just the square feet of the business structure as your home office.
