    <description>My employer had me claiming 6 federal and 2 state exemptions which I changed to 0 and 1. Total wages are only different by $10 but first one had NO fed.tax withheld.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Do both W-2s cover the whole year?&lt;/STRONG&gt; That is, is the amount in box 1 your annual salary (even if off by $10)? &lt;STRONG&gt;If so, is the box for "Corrected" checked at the top of one of the W-2s?&lt;/STRONG&gt; If so, use the W-2 marked "Corrected" and mark the other as not used and stick it in your tax record file - you won't be using it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If the sum of the two box 1s, when added together, add up to your annual salary&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then it is possible that your company issued you two W-2, one each for part of the year. If this is the case, then enter both of them in TurboTax. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may have to contact your HR department if neither case makes sense to you.&lt;/P&gt;
