I am on the Health Insurance Tab and when I select "I did not have Health Coverage at all in 2016" I just get hit with "Based on your situation, the penalty has been waived!<BR />This means your taxes won't be affected for not having health insurance in 2016." <BR /><BR />Does that mean the they won't need the ECN number?
