Form 8453-PE is missing my signature.

I used Turbotax Business and want to send it to IRS via e-file. After attaching your printed form 8453-PE (with signature) I printed what was to be sent, and the form 8453-PE contained in that PDF did not have my signature on it.

"Form 8453-PE is missing my signature."

Only the 8453-PE form that you printed, signed, scanned, saved on your computer, and then uploaded to the software will have your signature on it. The 8453-PE in your forms list is just the "stock" form and will not contain your signature.

I accidentally scanned one without signature. I am having problems deleting it so I can attached the signed copy. Can someone tell me how do to this please?

@Ladyalltheway If you attach a second one it should replace the first one as an attachment.

I routinely signed mine with blue ink, then scanned black/white mode. No signature showing!

Re-scanned in color mode - signature shows!!!

I did not think about it at the time. :--(
