On transmit page there is nothing under the verify you're not a robot! When I click the transmit button, nothing happens!

If you are missing a CAPTCHA (this is the "I'm not a robot" prompt), then following these steps should help resolve the issue:

Log out and clear your browser Internet cache. (see directions below)
Close the browser and reopen it.
Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the CAPTCHA will appear.
Log in and try again.

If that doesn't work, see if a different browser than you were using, with cookies enabled will solve it.
