Whats taking so long for New Mexico to accept or reject my return I e-filed?

I e-filed my federal and state returns at the same time on February 6, 2018. Federal accepted it right away. However, it's still pending with the state. Anyone know why it is still pending? In previous years, it has not ever pended this long. Only thing different this year is we adopted a special needs child from the state. We claimed that credit.
