Right at the beginning. You can only file 2017 with the current online version of TurboTax. Each year is filed independently of the others so you can simply log on and file your 2017 Tax Return.

When you get to the end and it asks for your AGI you will need to either check the box that says you did not file or enter $0 for your AGI.
