@VictorA so the answer is, "no" you do not know, but instead give an utterly useless link. Why are so many of the answers on these forums completely useless?

The answer was for a prior tax year and not for tax year 2019. When this forum moved from the old forum many of the answers were for prior tax years even though the date of the answer shows as being in 2019.
