There is no law, rule, regulation or requirement that says tabs have to be at the top. With the online version, they're on the left.

But there is no edit option when I click that.

Once you are in My Info, you should see Personal Informat...

Once you are in My Info, you should see Personal Information Summary. Then scroll to your information that you need to edit. You should see the edit button on the right in blue.

On the left hand side in the gray bar, select "Tax Home"....

On the left hand side in the gray bar, select "Tax Home". Under that you should see 2017 taxes then "My Info" under that.
