Remove 1099-misc

I said I don't have 1099-misc income, but it keeps asking me to review my schedule C. I don't need to file a schedule C this year. How do i remove it?

If you are certain that you don’t need the Schedule C, SE, 1099-Misc or other supporting worksheets, you can delete it.

Note: Be careful! Once you delete, it is gone for good. You will have to re-enter data if you delete by mistake.
