  &lt;P&gt;If you are stuck (such as the system will not advance), this is usually an internet connection issue or a computer issue. To fix this issue:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;1. Log out of your Turbo Tax account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;2. Clear your cache, history and cookies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;3. Log back into your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;You can also try another browser after closing out of the one you are currently using.? If you are stuck for another reason, and I misunderstood, please let me know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not connecting to TurboTax through the web. I am using a purchased disc. The program will be working fine and then, for no apparent reason, lock up, not allowing me to enter more information, save the file, or exit the program. It did this last evening as well and eventually unlocked, though I'm not sure if anything in particular that I did caused it to do so. Tonight, I checked the program file and noticed that it is on a 32-bit program. My machine is a 64 bit machine, and I'm not sure whether that's the problem or whether there is something else causing this. I was not asked at installation whether to install a 64-bit version or a 32-bit version. What can I do so that this does npt keep happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
