You can use the "Fix my return" link in the return or to make sure you completed Form 8862, please go to > Federal > Deductions & Credits > You and Your Family > Earned Income Credit.

Another area that would affect the results on Form 8862, is located in the My Info section of the program. Go through the My Info section and review the answers provided for yourself and dependents (if applicable).
