      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Yes, both the IRS and the state Department of Revenue can process a tax return without having last year's AGI.&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last year's AGI is only requested in order to verify identity when e-filing a return. If your e-filed return was accepted, you should be good to go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
