      <description>&lt;P&gt;Delete the &lt;U&gt;Form 1095-A&lt;/U&gt; and &lt;B&gt;&lt;U&gt;do Not&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/B&gt; import from a PDF but enter the Form 1095-A manually leaving the months without coverage blank (empty) in all columns for the month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on &lt;B&gt;Tax Tools&lt;/B&gt; on the left side of the screen.&amp;nbsp; Click on &lt;B&gt;Tools&lt;/B&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Click on &lt;B&gt;Delete a form&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;

  &lt;/B&gt;
  &lt;I&gt;To re-enter the Form 1095-A -&lt;/I&gt;
  &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on &lt;B&gt;Federal &lt;/B&gt;on the left side of the screen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on &lt;B&gt;Health Insurance&lt;/B&gt; on the top of the screen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select that you were covered for the whole year (if applicable).&amp;nbsp; On the following screen select &lt;B&gt;Yes&lt;/B&gt; you had one of the less common plans shown.&amp;nbsp; Continue with selecting the Form 1095-A and entering the form into the program.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
