You may try one of these options:

Option 1 - You can choose “skip import” in the page requesting the import code. This will allow you to move to the next step where TurboTax will help you enter the information from your W2.

Option 2 - If you have access to www.mytaxform.com through your employer you can try to access your W-2 from that site. Your import code should be in the lower right box of the name and address field of the W-2 you access through My Tax Form, a service of Equifax Tax Form Management.
