How do I buy an online edition of TurboTax BEFORE filing?

I'm trying to get some specific information for my Oregon State return, and TurboTax says that I can only view them if I purchase an online edition. But whenever I go to 'upgrade' it keeps me filing as though I'm on the free edition because their setup is to only pay once you're done.

To pay your TurboTax fees before you file, Go to Print...

To pay your TurboTax fees before you file,

Go to Print Center on the left side of your screen.
Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
Click Pay Now.
Continue through the screens until you pay.
