      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are sure no one has claimed her, and she didn't file a tax return for herself (assuming she is old enough to know how), you should call the IRS.&amp;nbsp; They will be able to tell if someone used her name and social security number on another tax return and help you.&amp;nbsp; You can call 1-800-829-1040.&amp;nbsp; The wait times may be long.&amp;nbsp; You can also try this number&amp;nbsp;1-800-908-4490.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Telephone service wait times are higher on Monday and Tuesday, during Presidents Day weekend and around the April tax filing deadline.&lt;/LI&gt;
