No Copy 2 of 1099-MISC?

I have created some 1099-MISC's in the Quick Employer Forms program online. Everything looks correct, however when I go to print the forms off there is no Copy 2 that needs to be sent to the recipient. There is a copy B,1 and C. How do I include Copy 2 to be printed?

Same here. I understand that there should be two copies for recipient, Copy B and Copy 2, but the document produced by TT does not include a Copy 2. I'm trying to figure out how to proceed.

Turbo Tax doesn’t give copy 2. The person really doesn’t need to send the state a copy. They don’t even attach copy B for the IRS if mailing their return. If they need another copy for state or someone they can just make a copy of B.

Turbo Tax doesn’t provide copy A either. That is only sent with the efile to the IRS.
