In the Income & Expenses section (the Income Reported on Your 2016 Return page), TurboTax asks if any of your previous income still applies. In order to get to this screen

Login to your TurboTax Self Employed online account
Click Take me to my return or pick up where I left off
Click the Income & Expenses tab.
You should now see the Income Report on Your 2016 Return screen (as shown in the attached screenshot). Click NO next to the income that you no longer have.
Click Continue; The next screen may give you already loaded income information. Click review next to the income you need to enter or change (ie W2, self-employment/Schedule C).
In the review Screen, you can click the trash can icon next to the existing income information you no longer need.
Click Add W2 (for job income) or Add another line of work (for self employment) to enter new income information.
