I have been a Quicken user for decades and have not had an issue with support.
Did you use their Quicken support website here - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.quicken.com/support#windows">https://www.quicken.com/support#windows</a>
Live Chat and Phone support are shown near the bottom of the page.

Don't really have a recommendation of a replacement for Quicken.
