Where did you get this download? That is not a normal name for a 2013 download purchased from TurboTax.
It would have a name similar to "TurboTax Premier 2013 Download for Windows" and the installation file will be similar to this -
"w_turbotax_1040_prm_2013.340.0100.exe"
