      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try to go completely out of your browser and go back in to restart.&amp;nbsp; If that does not work, clear your browser using these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In &lt;B&gt;Internet Explorer - &lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Tools (via the Gear Icon) &amp;gt; Safety &amp;gt; Delete browsing history...&lt;/STRONG&gt;. 
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure to uncheck &lt;STRONG&gt;Preserve Favorites website data&lt;/STRONG&gt; and check both &lt;STRONG&gt;Temporary Internet Files&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Cookies&lt;/STRONG&gt; then click &lt;STRONG&gt;Delete&lt;/STRONG&gt;. 
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies. 
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;In &lt;B&gt;Google Chrome - &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;From&amp;nbsp;the “&lt;STRONG&gt;Menu&lt;/STRONG&gt;” &amp;nbsp;button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose “&lt;STRONG&gt;More&amp;nbsp;Tools&lt;/STRONG&gt;” &amp;gt; “&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear browsing data…&lt;/STRONG&gt;“&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select the period of time you wish to delete cached information using the “&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear the following items from&lt;/STRONG&gt;”&amp;nbsp;drop down menu. From there, you can choose “&lt;STRONG&gt;Cached images and files&lt;/STRONG&gt;“.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;“&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear browsing data&lt;/STRONG&gt;” button, and Chrome will clear your cache.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may also try using a different browser from what you are using as well.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
