      <description>There are likely many servers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;But there is an uptick in problems like yours tonight.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Several users have recently reported such tonight, while other users are connecting as usual without problem, including myself.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;So there is likely a server or set of servers with problems.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You likely will just have to wait until later tonight or try again tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You could try a different browser, if you have one handy,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;but others experiencing this tonight said it didn't make a difference.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How are you trying to connect?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;What type of device?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Are you using the mobile app or Online TurboTax with a computer?</description>
