The Turbo Tax feedback when the data was plugged stated: "This is a situation we don't see often - you don't owe money and you aren't getting a refund."&amp;nbsp; Are they still required to file?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
