      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, a 401(k) contribution would qualify (see &lt;A href="https://www.irs.gov/retirement-plans/plan-participant-employee/retirement-savings-contributions-savers-credit" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;Retirement Savings Contribution Credit (Saver’s Credit)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for more information) and it would be listed on your Form W2 in box 12 with a code D.&amp;nbsp; However, TurboTax will automatically pull this amount from your W2 when it is coded property with a code D into the Savers Credit section of TurboTax, so don't enter it again.&amp;nbsp; TurboTax will warn you of this when going through those screens.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
