      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you need to re-install TurboTax and no longer have your CD, you'll need to phone TurboTax Support on Monday and ask for a program download.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the form at the link below to be assigned a phone number. The number will not display when they are closed.&amp;nbsp; This time of year they are open 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Mon-Fri.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the short form at the link below, where it asks what product you are using, be sure to indicate in the dropdown menu that you are using the CD/download version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
