    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have ESPP which be acquired on Nov 15th,2016 and sold them on Feb 9th,2017.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I didn't find this transaction in 2017 Form 3922(not in 2017 form 3922 either).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is that correct? Should I ask my employer to correct it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
