I need to file both a 1040 and 1041 for tax year for my deceased parent.

I purchased TurboTax Home & Business. I don't see form 1041 in TurboTax Home & Business. On line, TurboTax has TurboTax Business to complete estate taxes ?? Do I need the TurboTax Business product -and can I upgrade online?

TurboTax Home & Business can file a personal 1040.

TurboTax Business is required to file Form 1041 and is available as a separate downloadable program or a CD. Click here to order.

In order to file a personal return, and a business return, both versions of TurboTax are required.

An upgrade from Home & Business to Business is not possible but, you can request a credit for the right one if you ordered the wrong one mistakenly, as described below:
