We have to file in Kansas and Missouri, is there a version of Turbotax that lets us file both states withouth additional charges? If so, which version?

There is no version of TurboTax that will let you file two different state tax returns at no charge except the current promotion of the Free edition with Absolute Zero. Which is only available during the start of the tax season - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
