      <description>&lt;P&gt;That link doesnt work. All I want to know is does RRTM mean Railroad Retirement Medicare Tax or not? Cause we dont get Medicare in the Railroad, we get Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), and so contributing to Medicare would be incorrect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First those are informational entries only so you can skip the box 14 entries all together in the program if you wish ... but those are simply your retirement &amp;amp; FICA tax info since they participate in a federal system separate from the SS system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
