To delete your Homestead Credit from your state.

1, Your can try going back to your state's Deductions and Credits section.

2. Locate the Homestead Credit and answer No or erase/delete the information in that area.

If this will not delete the credit, you can delete the form and worksheets attached to it.

Go to My Account on bottom left-hand side.
Select Tax Tools.
Choose Tools.
Choose Delete a Form
Go to the bottom of the page, on left, where you see the State forms
Find Homestead Credit and all worksheets attached to it, select Delete.
As a step to be sure the form has been deleted, run through step 4 once more to be sure that form was deleted as well as any related worksheets or forms.

You can delete the form using the instructions in the following link. Make sure you select the correct form for the Homestead credit. It will be listed under your state form section.
