To start a tax return in TurboTax Online, you will follow the steps listed below:

Select the TurboTax Online product you want to use for your return and proceed.
On the Create your account screen, set up a login for your return (if you haven't already created an account)
After you've created the account, you can start working on the return as the program guides you through the interview.
If you have already created an account in TurboTax Online, you will sign in to that account, and click on the link to start your return on your Tax Timeline.
