Choose "View order details."

Add state sales tax as applicable.

What version did you use? State is a separate 39.99 charge and to have the fees deducted from your refund is an EXTRA 34.99 Refund Processing Service charge. Those equal about $75 so that leaves about 85 which could be Premier plus sales tax.

Unless you are in California then the Refund Processing Service charge is 39.99 instead of 34.99. That gets it down to 79.99 for Premier.
