      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for your loss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have been filing jointly with him as the primary taxpayer, fill out your forms as you normally would but on the first page of Personal Info,&lt;I&gt; indicate that he is deceased.&lt;/I&gt; Even though he had no income, you could file jointly and be entitled to the benefits available to you with that filing status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
