      <description>&lt;P&gt;Quite possibly.&amp;nbsp; If you received a consolidated reporting package from a broker dealer, you need to enter the information on the first page (1099-DIV, 1099-INT) and if you had any investment (stocks, bonds, mutual funds) sales reported on a Form 1099-B, you need to enter those transactions as Investment Income in the Income section.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
